Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging

Refund Process

Please allow 10 business days for your refund, credit or exchanges to be processed once we receive it. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to land in your accounts; credits are sent instantly to your nominated email address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Any return shipping costs or fees related to refunds will also be covered by the customer.
